Nairobi Integrated Services, LLC provides Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services at ASAM Level 2.1 for adults age 18 and older with substance use disorders who are appropriate for community-based treatment. Services are designed for individuals requiring a structured, intensive level of care while maintaining residence in the community. The IOP delivers clinically supervised, evidence-informed treatment that addresses substance use and related functional impairments through a coordinated continuum of services. Treatment planning and service delivery are guided by the ASAM Criteria, including assessment of the Six Dimensions, and are aligned with Virginia DBHDS standards. Services Provided: Individual substance use counseling Group substance use counseling Outpatient therapeutic services Crisis intervention and stabilization Peer support services, as clinically indicated All services are delivered by a multidisciplinary treatment team comprised of qualified and credentialed behavioral health professionals, operating within their respective scopes of practice. Treatment Focus: IOP services emphasize the development, restoration, and reinforcement of functional skills necessary to support recovery and stability, including: Health, wellness, and personal safety Activities of daily living and effective use of community resources Medication monitoring and coordination, as applicable Ongoing monitoring of physical health and nutritional status Development of coping and relapse-prevention skills Psychoeducation related to substance use and substance use disorders This program is designed to promote sustained recovery, improved functioning, and successful community integration in accordance with established clinical and regulatory standards.
