We are here to help.
Nairobi Integrated Services provides supportive services for individuals referred by a pain management provider who may require co-occurring services in order to continue participation in pain management treatment. These services are designed to support accountability, compliance, and continuity of care while working collaboratively with pain management providers as needed.
Our services are welcoming, flexible, and convenient. We strive to meet clients where they are and support their overall well-being throughout the treatment process.
Services for Pain Management–Referred Clients
Telehealth Assessments & Appointments
We offer telehealth assessments and appointments to increase accessibility and reduce barriers to participation.
Mandatory Monthly Group Meetings
Clients referred for pain management services are required to attend monthly group meetings specifically designed for pain management clients. These groups provide education, peer support, and structure to support ongoing pain management treatment.
Case Management & Service Coordination
Clients receive case management and service management to support compliance with referral requirements. This may include coordination, documentation, and communication related to continued pain management services.
Monthly Drug Screening (Required)
Clients are required to participate in monthly drug screening as part of program participation and compliance with pain management referral requirements.
The Center of Complex Pain Care Client Scheduled Groups (Virtual)
Scheduled every 1st Wednesday of every Month
Fee Schedule
The following fee schedule applies to clients referred by a pain management provider who may require co-occurring services in order to continue pain management treatment.
Fees are reviewed with clients prior to enrollment.
Program & Case Management Fees
Pain Management Case Management and Program Fee
$200 (one-time program fee)Covers case management, service coordination, documentation, and program oversight related to pain management referral requirements.
Expedited Paperwork Turnaround
48-Hour Paperwork Turnaround Fee – Additional $50 fee applies This fee applies when clients request expedited documentation, reports, or coordination to be completed within 48 hours.
Session & Group Fees
Mandatory Session Fee
$25 per session Applies to each required group or individual session whether services are billed through insurance or paid privately.
Insurance deductibles, co-pays, and non-covered services are not included in the above fees.
Clients are required to participate in monthly drug screening as part of program participation and compliance with pain management referral requirements.
$30 per month with insurance
$80 per month without insurance
Service Delivery Options
Telehealth Services
Telehealth assessments and appointments are available for eligible services at no additional cost beyond applicable program, session, or screening fees.
Important Billing Information
Participation in these services may be required to continue pain management treatment with the referring provider.
Nairobi Integrated Services works collaboratively with pain management providers while maintaining professional independence.
Fees are subject to change and will be reviewed with clients prior to enrollment or service delivery.
Additional services not listed may incur separate charges.
