Nairobi Integrated Services, LLC is excited to introduce In Your Corner, an innovative program for adolescents and young adults ages 12–21 that combines supervised boxing activities with Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) substance-use treatment. Substance-use services are available now for all eligible youth interested in participating, allowing them to begin receiving support before In Your Corner officially starts on October 1. Through boxing, participants can build confidence, discipline, resilience, physical wellness, and healthy coping skills. These activities complement structured, evidence-based treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. When needed, we will also connect adolescents and young adults with qualified healthcare providers who can evaluate and provide psychiatric medications or medications for substance use disorder (SUD). Participants receive support from licensed and credentialed professionals while continuing to live at home, attend school or work, and remain connected to their families and communities.
