Records related to substance-use disorder treatment receive additional protection under federal and state law. Nairobi will not use or disclose these records except as authorized by the client or as otherwise specifically permitted or required by law.

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Nairobi is required to protect the privacy and security of your information, follow the privacy practices described in this notice, notify affected individuals when required following a breach of unsecured protected information, and provide notice if these privacy practices materially change.
