Behavioral Health Medication Management & MAT Services
Nairobi Integrated Services is expanding medication management support for individuals receiving behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment.

Behavioral health medication management may include psychiatric medication evaluations, medication monitoring, education about benefits and side effects, support with adherence, and coordination with therapists, primary care providers, pharmacies, and other members of the treatment team.

Nurses will be on staff to assist the medical provider with medication education, monitoring, follow-up, care coordination, and communication about treatment concerns. The qualified medical provider remains responsible for evaluating, prescribing, and managing all medications.

For substance use disorders, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) combines FDA-approved medications with counseling, recovery support, care coordination, and relapse-prevention services. Treatment is individualized and may support people experiencing opioid or alcohol use disorders.

Nairobi does not store or dispense medication. Enrollment, eligibility, and availability information will be announced as services become available.
